chip for Belair animal hospital, they have no records on him.
Additional Information
he was wandering driveways on vanderwood road when I found him. I was walking my two dogs and saw this little guy from a distance and didnt know what it was until we got closer. i managed to get him and took him back to my house where we gave him a comfortable night.
