Identification
Scanned for microchip but none present. All black except for a white patch on chest and the few white hairs around the neck. Have not seen the cat's stomach so don't know of any other white marks.
Special Characteristics
Has the sparse hair in front of the ears characteristic of a Bombay. Very friendly, allowing to be petted while eatings and licks puree treat from fingers. Seems sore on back by tail. White hairs are on the back of the neck indicating this cat may be old. Injury behind right ear. Update 3-25-24, finally able to take a gander at his behind and he's an un-neutered, intact male. Wound behind ear now infected so may have to buy trap rather than wait for one to get him to vet. I don't like trapping family pets but must meeds and all that.
