I am a female, lynx point Domestic Shorthair. I am not declawed. ***Staff thinks I will be ready by early to mid-September. My foster family says Chanty is a little marbled lynx point girl, her markings are just coming in and will get darker as she ages, she is absolutely beautiful. She is also the quietest of the siblings, with tiny peeps and mews, and has the saddest eyes ever. She loves to be petted and is starting to come out of her shell, she spent the most time staying back with her momma while her siblings played, but in the last couple weeks she has decided she's ready for adventure.*** I am not currently at the shelter because I'm growing big and strong in a foster home! You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-473-1741 you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed on an animal.Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. We want to be healthy for our new life together!
