I am a neutered male, tan and white Papillon mix. Meet Shorty Duke! I’m a shy guy, so a quiet home would be ideal for me and please let me come to you first. The staff and volunteers have been working with me on leash training and building my confidence, so I’ll need more help once I’m home. I may need help with potty training.
