I am a female, tortie and white Domestic Shorthair. I am not declawed. ***Staff thinks I will be ready by early November. My foster family says, I'm a talkative gal who is looking forward to having a nice warm place to call home after raising my kittens. I'm nearly a kitten myself and am working on how to show my affections in positive ways. I love to give headbutts and forceful leg rubs so don't let me trip you! I am very tiny and adept at sneaking through small holes. I appear to be very confident around medium sized dog and am vocal with other cats but if they dont bother me I won't bother them!*** I am not currently at the shelter because I'm helping my kittens grow big and strong in a foster home! You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-473-1741 you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed on an animal. Once my kittens no longer need me, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. We want to be healthy for our new life together!
