Hi there, I'm Paloma
I am a spayed female, orange tiger Domestic Shorthair. I am not declawed. Every week, our staff picks special cats in need of loving homes. And the best part? Their adoption fee is waived!***My foster family says this about me: Paloma is very shy and while she was at the shelter, she was very scared. We gave her plenty of space and time to feel safe and she has become quite the purring machine. Paloma was a wonderful mom nursing three adorable kittens and she lets us handle them with no problem. She loves her head to be scratched and, although still shy, she craves attention but on her terms. Paloma is a very special girl. She will probably do better in a mature/quiet home with someone that gives her the time and patience she needs.**Paloma will need ample time to adjust to her new home. Placing her in her own sanctuary room with food, water, bed, toys, scratching post, and litter box will help her adapt. This room should be quiet with hiding places as well as some perches. Once Paloma has acclimated to the room a slow introduction to other animals and the rest of the house can begin. She will require a lot of patience!***
We do our best to update our adoptable pet listing as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when an animal is not at the shelter. Thank you for your understanding!
