I am a male, black Domestic Shorthair. I am not declawed. Mr. T will need ample time to adjust to his new home. Placing him in his own sanctuary room with food, water, bed, toys, scratching post, and litter box will help him adapt. This room should be quiet with hiding places as well as some perches. Once Mr. T has acclimated to the room a slow introduction to other animals and the rest of the house can begin. Having several short play sessions daily will also help him come out of his shell. Using interactive toys such as a fishing wand toy can be a lot of fun for a cat. He will require a lot of patience!

We do our best to update our adoptable pet listing as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when an animal is not at the shelter. Thank you for your understanding!
